Error response during RestAction while creating a succession plan

Summary:

Created a new Succession Plan super user role as per,

Navigation for the error.

My Client Groups > Succession Plans > View Succession Organization Chart > Search for a person > click on the person

Click on … > Create Succession Plan

Error response during RestAction is triggered.

and looking at the Web development tool, error 404 is triggered.
