Referencing a policy model through another policy model

We have below requirement:

We have 50 different policy models for business rules. We need to create a new policy model which may be a combination of any of 50 different models. How, we can refer different policy model in another policy model.

For example, we have 50 master policy models for 50 generic rules and 2 child models which are referring model number 1, 2, 45, 50 and 1, 2, 25, 30, 46 respectively, where we want that all the models which are referred by child should be there in child policy model with its respective attributes, entities, relationship and interview design.

A quick help will be appreciated. Thank you!
