Redwood - Family and Emergency Contact - VBCS Customization

Summary:

We are facing an issue where the seeded flags "Emergency Contact" and "Primary Contact" have been removed in VB but are still available in redwood UI when you edit the contact, the flags appear.

When we try to click on the flags and open it, it disappears from the UI.
