Supplier Change Approvals not working as expected in oracle fusion

Summary:

Hi Team
We have a approvals for change request in supplier.
Approvals get triggered but even after getting approved for change request it still shows the pending change request.
Tried cancelling the change request and submitted for approval again.
Still shows the same.
kindly help on the same.
