Add job redwood page is not loading

Summary:

When i try to create a job on a redwood page, it is blocked on the loading.

Path : My client groups > Jobs > Add a Job

I can see loads of errors when i inpect the console but i don't understand everything about it. Apparently, it's a failed response from API, leading to error
