how to create a paying relationship for a customer heirarchy in oracle fusion?

We have a parent party who has multiple child parties. Now, the invoices of each child party has to go the parent party. How do I set up this configuration. I checked Oracle document and came to know about Paying relationships. But there is not information about how to set it up.

Please help
