Number of BSO cubes in EPM Cloud Enterprise custom application (more than 3 BSO)

Hi,

As per oracle doc 2706999.1 it is clearly mentioned that a Custom Planning application under EPM Cloud Enterprise license can support up to 6 BSO cubes. In our case, our custom Planning application allows us to create up to 3 BSO cubes. Is the above statement true or not?
