Tax is not being calculated while saving the transaction in fusion receivables

Summary:

HI Team,

While we are creating the invoice and saving it, we observed that 'Tax' is not being calculated. It it that after only 'completing' it, tax would be calculated? We are using Avalra for tax calculation.
