I am unable to login at the cloud freetier account

I am unable to login at the cloud freetier account not even getting any email with password reset link.

My cloud name is tansolutions and my registered email id is tan.sub@outlook.com. But I am not getting any password reset link email. Thats why unable to reset password. Please resolve this issue asap. Thank you.
