I have this structure:

and I want Person, Eval_Document, Eval_Tmplo_Periods to be populated only when Eval_Doc_Type is populated. At the moment this one seems in left join with its parents since some data are retrieved even though it is empty:

I'd like to know how to extract info from all groups only when all groups are populated.
