How to update the Usage ID (part of person record) with a future end date after a rehire?

Important: De “Party_usage_Code” has 3 possible values:  HR_Employee, HR_Contingent_Worker , Partner contact. These look like values we also use in other processes. When we trick the system to give an end date we might trigger these values in the wrong way. A Contigent Worker can be rehired as CWK or as HR Employee.
