Expense Digital Assistant not responding

Hi Team,

We have enabled expense digital assistant for expense in our ERP instance. While accessing the expense skill any option - it gives an error as "Sorry, there's a problem on my end. Please try again in a few moments". Anyone have any insights on resolving this issue.

We followed the below Oracle doc, refer page 273 onwards of below doc.
