HCM Communicate for candidates
Summary:
We need to send communication campaigns to candidates
I was reviewing the options to create audiences either by eligibility profile or by filtered list, however there are not enough options to create a specific audience, for example:
- Candidates who have applied for a vacancy in a state of Mexico more than 3 months ago or
- Candidates who have applied for a bilingual work-from-home vacancy in El Salvador
Is there any option to do this? Or is the module intended only for employees or contingent workers?
