Future dated Manage Individual Compensation payments

Summary:

We would like to be able to set up our Individual Compensation module to be able to make future dated payments. For example a Salary Bonus would be paid out in installments. Currently we have to manually track these payments and just "remember" to send them to Payroll for payment. Is there a way to automate this type of installment payments?
