How can we incorporate changeover time between operations in production scheduling?

Summary:

We are trying to incorporate a break time between the operations within a work order in the production scheduling module. Can we achieve this somehow using the changeover time setup?

Work Order has following operations.

START > ASSEMBLY > TEST > PACK > COMPLETE
We want to have a 30 minute break between ASSEMBLY & TEST operation and a 45 minute break between TEST & PACK operations.
