Summary:

Recently we have started using the Last Working Day field when terminating some employees. This field is hidden by default and can be enabled using the Design Experience Studio.

We found that some of the terminated employees have LSPD date and element end dates the same as the termination date. LSPD should be the end of the pay period. On testing we found this behaviour was caused by use of the Last Working Day field
