BPM rules to evaluate the manager type in Expenses Workflow

Summary:

How to write BPM rules to evaluate the manager type and route it to supervisor if LINE_NAMAGER type exists if not route it to the approval groups.

Currently the HCM is loading multiple manager types and hence we would need a way to determine if a line_manager type exists to trigger the rule.
