Hiding Profile Content Section Fields based on Legislation

Need a solution for hiding Profile Content sections (Education, Work History) fields based on a Legislation. Is there any EL expression available to hide or make the field visible for a particular legislation? We are currently implementing Oracle Recruiting Cloud for US Legislation. US Legislation does not require many of the fields under these section while Indian Legislation requires them.
