Need suggestion to upsert CPQ data into Salesforce object without user token

For our important business use case, some user can login into CPQ directly without salesforce session.

In this case, can user update salesforce quote object from Oracle CPQ without user in Salesforce.

For example - There are 2 users.

First user come from SFDC login & Second user open standalone CPQ system without SF session.

Now second user who dont have active salesforce session , if he want to update data in salesforce system then what are the options for the same?

Is there any way to sync this data to salesforce without having that user in Salesforce?

Please suggest.
