Deeplink with Default values

Is it possible to have a deeplink where it automatically populates the Category field upon opening?

We have been doing some tests like adding &categoryLOV="Global Mobility" or &categoryName="Global Mobility" and some other tests in the other fields like in title or severity, but we are not able to have it reflected upon opening the link.
