I already setup all the steps for the remittance advice but is still not working. hence I raise an Oracle and he said the action plan is the following but I was wondering if you can share with me the steps

Please check the below details with your internal network team and verify required specified oracle spf record is added:

Work with support personnel to add the TXT record of include:spf_c.oraclecloud.com ~all to the DNS record of sending domain or subdomain. That inclusion tells receiving mailbox providers that email coming from sending domain or subdomain through your fusion application is authenticated.
