Can we trigger talent pool notification in talent management ?

Summary:

I was exploring Talent Pools and I observed that talent pool does not have any notification option like succession planning and also dont have any option to enable notification for talent pool from talent notification so i just want to clarify is there any way from where can we trigger notifcation for talent pools or we dont trigger notification for talent pool at all ?
