Summary:

How to reassign the Contract approval workflow to another user?
Users with the Procurement Contracts Administrator, Enterprise Contracts Administrator or and Procurement Application Administrator cannot reassign Contracts Workflows. Procurement Application Administrator has BPM Workflow System Admin Role and can see the procurement approvals in the workflow but cannot see contract workflow notifications
Provisioning the Application Implementation Consultant is not an option.
