Highlighting of SR based on the SR Status on the SR Landing page

Hi Team,

Can you please let us how can we highlight a Service Request record on SR Landing page based on the SR status or any other attribute.

This is a business requirement where the Service Agents can quickly identify the SRs which are yet to be responded by looking at the SR Landing page itself rather than opening the SRs and then checking for details.

There are scenarios where customer wants to differentiate the particular set of SRs which are required to be worked upon priority.

There should be some unique difference between opened SR and not opened SR in appearance i.e. based on the SR Status value. Example like in case of outlook, where the mail which are not opened (Unread) are shown as in BOLD fonts.
