How can we View Email ID  while hovering of the mouse pointer in Service Request

Summary:

How can we view an Email Id of the Sender and receiver just by hovering on the symbol. This is a Customer's requirement to get the details just by hovering over the icon instead of clicking to get the recipients details. This will save lot of time by avoiding the clicks and help business teams resolve the SRs at the earliest.

Please let us know how can we configure this in messages subtab of Service request object.
