DOR Security is not working as expected

Summary:

Hi Team ,

I am trying to set up the DOR security separate Manage/ View access for Employees and Managers using the below Oracle document.

But if the employee has both Line Manager and Employee custom role Manage /View access of DOR is not working as per the set up.

I have referred below posts but could not find any solution.
