Serial and Parallel approvals for PPR in oracle fusion

We have a requirement where we need to set approvals for PPR as below.

Group A (Employee1+Employee2)

Group B (Employee3+Employee4)

Group C (Employee5+Employee6)

Case 1: For each PPR approval, any 1 employee from each group should approve

Case 2: For each PPR Approval, any group (A or B or C) can approve the PPR both employees in a Group
