Default Hourly paid or salaried based on Job FSLA Status
Hi,
We are trying to default the hourly or salaried field based on the Job FSLA status. This use case has been approved by Oracle. Position synchronization is turned on. During hire, once the position is selected, other fields like job, location, department etc,. will be auto populated. Based on the job data, hourly or salaried field should get defaulted
If employee's job is exempt, Hourly Paid or Salaried should default to Salaried. If it is nonexempt, Hourly Paid or Salaried should default to Hourly.
Attaching the rule that was created. your response will be helpful.
