ORC: Visual Impairment and Hearing Impaired Accessibility

Hi! We have visually impaired and hearing-impaired employees in our organization, and we are wondering if there any functionalities available in the system that would help them access our environments, particularly in recruiting.

If there are none, is there any application integration that we could use?
