Migrating changes in Helper Tool but not sure if successful

We are trying to migrate our customizations using the helper tool and following along this document: Fusion HCM User Guide: HCM Redwood Customization Helper (Doc ID 2999756.1).

We are coming across some questions and need some answers. We setup the connections and downloaded our files. We are working to import our customizations into VBS and that is where we need some more guidance.
1. We tried step 1a and 1b and with both, we're not seeing the updated workspace, just the once created by the VBS tool when you start a project. Is the migrated workspace supposed to be called the same thing as our imported files?
