Redwood Timecard with Absence save/submission error

edited Jun 6, 2024 9:03AM in Workforce Management 5 comments

Summary:

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):

We are evaluating redwood timecards UI. timecards without absence is saving/submitting fine.

but if there is any absence for the week, then when saving/submitting the timecard, it is throwing the error as shown in the below screenshot.
Absence is enabled for timecard and automatically shows up in timecard and read only.

We are integrating OTL with Project costing. It is a regular project and absence layout.

This worked fine in Classic UI, is working fine in responsive UI.

Me » Time and Absences » Add Absence » Create and Submit Absence

Me » Time and Absences » Existing Time card » Add Timecard » The absence is already showing in the Timecard as expected. Enter regular hours. » Save/Submit » get the error
