Transition to the Redwood UX add-in for Microsoft 365 prior to 25B

Summary:

In Update 23C, we introduced our latest (third generation) Outlook add-in – Redwood UX Add-in for Microsoft 365, which caters to task-oriented flows providing sellers with timely information and actionable sales insights to improve their customer interaction. 

If you are using the older (second generation) version of Outlook add-in– Oracle CX Sales Add-in for Microsoft 365, we strongly recommend switching to the new Redwood UX add-in as soon as possible.

Please note that in 2025, Microsoft will deprecate the technology used to build the older CX Sales add-in. 

As a result, Oracle will decommission the CX Sales Add-in for Microsoft 365 with Fusion Applications Update 25B. This was previously announced in the
