PAYMENT_DETAILS is not extracted in Payslip xml when Net Pay is zero
Summary:
PAYMENT_DETAILS is not extracted in Payslip xml when Net Pay is zero
Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):
We are using a custom payslip which refers to the CBID in the payment tag (PAYMENT_DETAILS/CALC_BREAKDOWN_ID) to print data in Hours and Earnings section. When Net Pay is zero, payment information is not being extracted in the payslip xml which is resulting in this section to show 0's. Is it Oracle functionality to not extract payment_details when net_pay is zero? Is there a profile that is needed to populate payment_details?
