same configuration in different places

I’m working in an integration development between CX and OPA.
One of the interviews, is to correct on OPA a value of the incident and calculate new values from that field (using excel rules) but the source of the field values is not structured, so some of them are correctly entered (one of the possible values).
Y had developed an interview that solve all these situations but it seems that is not the best way to do it.
For example I have the same list of values in 3 different places.
