"Sort by name" in Job Applications list - Title is taken into consideration

Hello,

On the Job Applications list page, when sorting by name, the Title of the candidate is taken into consideration, which shouldn't be the case.

I understand that this is the intended behavior, but is there any way to remove the Title being taken into consideration, and have a true sorting by "Last Name" of the candidates ?
