Recruiting Agent should be able to create/view job requisitions

Recruiting Agent should be able to create and view the job requisitions created by them

We have a requirement that Recruiting Agents should be able to create job requisitions and able to view them.

We have given Hiring manager role to the agents, they are able to create job requisitions but they are unable to view the job requisitions created by them since we have a security profile for Hiring manager role that Hiring managers can see job requisitions only if they are part of the Hiring team.

Since we cannot select agents as collaborator since they are not coming in the LOV of hiring team as they are not having person record, they are unable to see the job requisitions.
