OTBI Agent Not Sending Files to Distribution List Email

Good Day Experts,

We have an OTBI Agent that is not sending the file to a distribution list email.
The OTBI Agent is sending our dashboard to an excel file.

Sending to individual email works fine.

Hope that you can assist me in resolving our issue.
