Parental Leave Retro Issue

Hello,

I'm working on the below issue and I would appreciate some guidance on how to resolve this

NOTE: For the below issue, these are some points to keep in mind

1. Paid Parental Leave was applied on 05/10/2024
2. Employee applied leave for the date range between 05/1/2024 - 05/14/2024
3. Employee gets paid on a weekly basis

Issue:

For the week of 04/28/2024 - 05/04/2024

1. Paid 40 hours (Regular) on 05/10/2024 (Friday)

For the week of 05/05/2024 - 05/11/2024

1. Paid on 05/17/2024 (Friday)
2. Paid 40 hours (Paid Parental Leave) for current week (05/06/2024 - 05/10/2024)
3. Paid 24 hours Retro for previous week (for dates 05/01/2024 - 05/03/2024) [Retro triggered since leaves were applied on 05/10/2024]
