Goal approval issues after enabling redwood

Summary:

The Goal and goal plan set up has been done in Redwood 24B and there are below issues occurring
with approvals routing to Line Manager, when employee updates the goal attributes.

1. When emp updates goal attributes, ' submit for approval' window
is popping. The approval is first routing to line manager and then getting auto
approved.

2. When employee updates goal weight and Manager approved the update, but still goal approval is showing
pending.

Has anyone faced same issue with redwood page
