Notification for Skill endorsement

Hi All,

We have created a Custom Employee role for Skills Center (Dynamic Skills) with all the required duties and privileges mentioned in Oracle Document

The functionality works fine, but when an Employee with role requests for Endorsement from another Employee, there is no notification trigged. Same when we do with a seeded role the other person recieves a notification but this is the issue with custom role. Can anyone please help with any specific duties/privileges that triggers the notification when the Endorsement is requested. Any leads would be helpful.
