External Candidate doesn't receive notification while applying through Spontaneous Application

Summary: If the External candidate already has the profile, applying again through the spontaneous application opens up his profile's page. There was no notification that they already had an account. This may confuse the candidate about whether or not they have subscribed to the talent community.
