my request is that if we send a link to the customer in the chat, it will not be displayed as a clickable hyperlink (for both: answer link knowledge base article, any url). The customer must copy and paste the link himself. It would be great if the customer could click the link and a new tab is opened in the browser.

In comment (answer id 5320, why aren't the answer links in a chat response clickable?) it says, that "If the ‘Leave as plain text’ radio button is selected in the chat workspace, the URL will not be a clickable
