Unable to load Subscription Product through Import Management

We in process of loading Subscriptions in Oracle Fusion.

However, the load for Subscriptions have errored out with following error -

An error occurred during the data import. Details: This error occurred while importing data: The value provided for the attribute Product Name is invalid. (MKT-285293).

We are unable to debug this issue.
What could be the reason for the failure?

Any help is appreciated.
