Hi,

when we have to convert a Pending worker, one of the fields that we have to fill in (because it is not inherited from the recruiting process) is the 'Action reason' (see the attached screenshot). We would like to have the possibility to enter this information during the recruiting process (in particular when we fill in the Job Offer) in order to inherit this kind of information during the pending worker conversion.

Hoping someone has some suggestions.
