Intercompany eliminations are incorrect for one entity on a specific account in just one ledger

Summary:

We have two ledgers which load into different data sources in FCCS and in turn are loaded to TRCS. We have noted in TRCS that for two entities that are children of the same parent, a balance on a non-intercompany account in one of the ledgers seems to be picked up in the inter-company elimination. There are no such issues with the balance in the other ledger, that is behaving exactly the same as it is in FCCS.
