Advanced Job application filters - employer

Summary:

A requisition has 1000+ applications. Recruiter wants to see only candidates who have worked with one employer, for example - Anthem. However, there are many ways candidates can list Anthem on their application (e.g., Anthem, Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield, Anthem Inc., etc.). Is there a better way to filter through these candidates that have worked at Anthem, or are there any opportunities to update the filters in ORC?
