Is there any functionality to email the Increment Letters via system? in Compensation Module?

Is there any functionality in Workforce Compensation Plan to send increment letters means compensation change statements via email to employees?

If there is any increment, promotion applied to employees via workforce compensation plan then system should sent email to employees or notification in the system containing increment letter as an attachment.
