Setup two active and same work relationship types under same legal employer - workaround
Summary:
Our customer is transitioning from PeopleSoft to Oracle Cloud HCM.
In PeopleSoft they are working with multiple work relationships & multiple assignments.
In PS they are allowed to have multiple work relationships of same type (e.g. employee) and same legal employer (they just have one legal employer), with no need for them to be terminated/in sequence.
This is not possible in Cloud, as we have tested it, and also according to the available documentation :
Has anyone encountered the same issue? Did you find any workaround for it?
