How can I create a Sales Lead Team Member using REST API in Oracle Sales Cloud?.

When I tried to create it using the

https://XXXXX/crmRestApi/resources/11.13.18.05/leads/100000041757378/child/MklLeadTeam

It says that ' The action create is not enabled'

Please help here.
