Dependent LOVs in OPA (Filtering)

Would like to seek your expert advice on the my requirement below:
We will be integrating CX and OPA. We have custom menus (LOVs) in CX that we will be using in OPA.
The LOVs are dependent: List of countries where each country has a list of banks and each bank has a list of branches.
So in OPA interview screen, we will be asking the user the country, then the list of banks will only display the banks under that country (other banks from other countries are filtered out) and when a bank has been selected, the list of branches under that bank will be listed (other branches from other banks are filtered out).
